A Marriage Power of Attorney (POA) in Dubai and other UAE emirates allows the father or legal guardian of the bride to appoint a representative for the marriage registration process.
The marriage POA is particularly important if the bride’s father/legal guardian resides outside the UAE and cannot attend the wedding.
