Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency to all our customers. Due to the irreversible initiation of service delivery processes upon purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds once services have commenced.

In the event of cancellation by the couple, D’Vows Weddings & Events company retains all payments received and no refunds will be issued. We kindly ask for notification of cancellation as soon as possible to allow for necessary adjustments. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we remain committed to providing support and alternative solutions wherever possible.

Service date rescheduling is permissible free of charge within the same calendar year as the original service date.
